Biography
Keith Allard is an Associate Building Sciences Specialist involved in the management of asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, and other hazardous materials related to renovation and demolition activities in buildings, as well as, assisting building owners in the long-term management of asbestos in their buildings. His work includes asbestos and hazardous materials surveys and design specifications; management of asbestos, lead paint and hazardous materials abatement projects, and physical hazards including indoor air quality assessments involving the collection and laboratory submittal of suspect regulated or toxic materials (i.e. asbestos, lead, PCB, UFFI, radon, mold, bacteria, etc.), and monitoring services. In addition, he has a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal compliance regulations (and associated funding rules) with all aspects of a project. He manages many aspects of client relations, to include but not limited to, contracts and subcontracts, management, and retention. Keith mentors, directs, and provides technical expertise for field staff.
