Biography
Charlie is based in our Sydney office and has 11 years of experience in the transport planning and traffic engineering field. He started his career in transport data analysis and then transitioned into traffic engineering/ transport planning. This has allowed him to establish a strong understanding of all aspects of multi-modal movements and road-user behaviour.
As a traffic engineer, Charlie has private consulting and State Government experience and he has worked on a large spectrum of development applications, design development of major road projects, town centre studies and intersection upgrading works through modelling studies in urban, regional and rural Australia.
