Peter Georgiou

Biography

Peter is a Technical Director currently based in our Sydney office. After graduating from the University of Sydney, Peter spent the next 12 years at the University of Western Ontario’s Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel Laboratory (BLWTL) Facility, where he was engaged in post-graduate R&D and consulting on a wide range of engineering projects in North America, Southeast Asia and Europe, specifically involving climatology and extreme weather storm risk.

Peter has appeared as an expert witness in a number of high-profile Development Sector and Infrastructure matters and continues his interest in extreme weather events (including the impact of climate change on extreme weather event frequency and intensity).
