Rebecca Holland

Biography

Rebecca is a Project Consultant in the EMPC (Environmental Management, Permitting and Compliance) team based in Manchester. She has experience across a variety of projects, with a focus on permitting, international waste law and compliance, as well as climate change risk assessments. Rebecca supports clients in understanding and meeting regulatory challenges with particular expertise in the environmental regulations governing international waste movements.
