Challenge

SLR completed a fast-turnaround Environmental and Engineering Due Diligence Assessment on a portfolio of thirteen Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) storage and distribution facilities in South Africa.

Solution

Our role and objectives were to identify environmental contamination liabilities and engineering aspects at the sites that could materially impact the divestiture process.

Impact

We advised the client on the findings and presented opportunities to enhance the value of the transaction and proposed detailed soil and groundwater contamination studies at some of the sites.

We were responsive to client needs by completing the due diligence in a short duration and a high standard and prompting the client to comment,

To date, it is the best performance by any consultant working on a due diligence project.”
