Notice of Amalgamation: SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. and Robertson GeoConsultants Inc., Responsible Mining Solutions Corp., and Powerhaus Consulting

We wish to advise you that, effective January 3, 2026, SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. amalgamated with the following wholly owned subsidiaries:

• Robertson GeoConsultants Inc.
• Responsible Mining Solutions Corp.
• 2629376 Ontario Inc. dba Powerhaus Consulting (continued into BC as 1567650 B.C. Ltd.)
• 1566329 B.C. Ltd.
• 1566334 B.C. Ltd.

The above noted entities will be amalgamated to form SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. 

Accompanying this notice is a copy of the certificate of amalgamation dated January 3, 2026 with respect to the above.

This amalgamation will not impact our business dealings in any way and represents both a simplification and a strengthening of our corporate structure. Please update your records to reflect the amalgamated entity and review any invoices carefully to confirm/update payment details.
