Overview

We recognise the importance of gaining the necessary investigative, development and occupation rights at the earliest stage in the project life-cycle, and establishing relationships between the developer, property owners, and the relevant stakeholders.

From the outset, our Property team support with acquisition program management, site identification and acquisition, risk assessments, and due diligence advice. Our early involvement helps our clients identify and onboard potential projects, progress investigation and development, reduce risk, and make informed investment decisions. In collaboration with other SLR technical disciplines, we form multi-disciplinary project teams, to provide our clients with a holistic service offering.
