Supplier Code of Conduct

As global leaders in full-spectrum sustainability solutions, we are dedicated to the ideals and practices of sustainability. SLR aims to always operate in a manner which is responsible, ethical, complies with relevant legislation and is equitable to its personnel, clients, supply chain, shareholders and communities in which we operate.

Our suppliers play a vital role in the way we conduct our business and deliver positive sustainability outcomes. We therefore choose to engage with suppliers who adopt standards that are consistent with our commitments. We ask that all our suppliers comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”) and applicable laws and regulations within the communities they operate.

This Supplier Code provides the minimum requirements we expect to be followed by our suppliers, their workforce and any extended supply chain when performing services for or providing services/goods/materials to SLR.

We ask all our suppliers to ensure that this Supplier Code is shared and followed internally and is extended externally to their supply chains and those assigned to perform services or supply goods or materials to SLR.

This Supplier Code will evolve over time to reflect changing standards in society, the environment and regulation.

We maintain open lines of communication with all our suppliers and welcome any feedback they may have on our performance and behaviour.
