Biography

Abby is a Principal Consultant in the Sustainable Waste Management team, with over 10 years’ experience advising local authorities, government agencies, and private waste management companies. She specialises in waste strategy development, service design, infrastructure reviews, and procurement support, using bespoke modelling and evaluation tools to guide decision‑making.

Abby has led national policy evaluations with WRAP and Defra and supports councils with performance assessments, feasibility studies, and compliance with Simpler Recycling, EPR, and DRS. Her work combines robust technical analysis with clear communication to help clients navigate complex challenges.
