Julie Gartside

Biography

Julie works closely with global and regional operational leaders to enhance performance across the Strategic Advisory business and ensure consistency and alignment. Julie brings extensive experience from her previous position as Head of Integration, where for 5 years she helped shape SLR’s programmatic integration approach and successfully oversaw the integration of 32 acquisitions.

With 25 years of sustainability consulting experience, Julie previously led SLR’s Advisory business in Europe, working with corporate, financial, and government clients on climate change policy, strategy, and decarbonisation programmes. Her deep understanding of both operational excellence and client-facing advisory work, combined with a people‑first approach, has made her a key contributor to SLR’s growth and reputation as an acquirer of choice.
