Biography

Madison Edson is a Chemical Engineer with three years of experience in the air quality industry. Madison’s focus at SLR has been in methane management and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) efforts for oil and gas clients. Her experience with methane management spans multiple industry segments from production through transmission compression.

She has supported one of the nation’s largest producers of natural gas in achieving and maintaining Gold Standard Reporting Status under the Oil and Gas Methane Partnership (OGMP2.0) for three consecutive years. She manages methane measurement, quantification, and reduction efforts by incorporating site-level measurement data from fixed-wing aircraft, satellites, and continuous monitors. Her experience with both federal- and state-level reporting efforts, including U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart W, has provided her with a strong foundation in methane inventory management.
