Paul Green is a seasoned logistics professional with over 25 years’ experience in the FMCG industry. He has led logistics network strategy, transport innovation, and infrastructure development, and has extensive expertise in operational fleet optimisation, site acquisition, and logistics strategy. Paul has supported EU-sponsored projects at SLR, contributed to high-profile transport initiatives, and served as Vice Chairman of the Greater London Freight Council. He is skilled in end-to-end project delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
